Escaped Psychopath Sought

Area police agencies are on the lookout for an escaped psychopathic killer who was last seen nearby recently.
Harvey Ransom, the so called "Ginsu Killer" escaped during a heart bypass operation at UTMB on December 8th. He has been seen numerous times since then, and police believe he is in the area. "It's only a matter of time before he kills again", a Psychiatrist who once treated Ransom said. "He is a classic psychopathic sociopath, a cold-blooded killer."
Ransom was serving a 260 year sentence after being convicted in a series of killings he committed posing as a door-to-door salesman of Ginsu knives. Residents are urged to lock doors, windows, and report any suspicious screaming or gunshots immediately.
